Delete Your Account and Data

Last updated August 16, 2026

The Eternal NYE app has no login and no password. The only account-shaped thing in it is a Crew profile, and you can delete it from inside the app in about five taps. This page is the step-by-step, including what to do if you no longer have the phone.

Before you start

  • There is no website account to delete. The app identifies your install with a random identifier it generates itself, so what we hold is tied to the phone rather than to an email address.
  • If you never created a Crew profile and never filed a Lost & Found report, we hold no personal details about you at all — only an anonymous install record and the sets you saved.
  • Deleting the app does not tell our server anything. It removes everything held on the phone; to have the install record itself removed, see the last section.

Delete your Crew profile

  • 1. Open the Eternal NYE app.
  • 2. Tap the menu button in the top-left corner.
  • 3. Tap your profile at the top of the menu — or tap Crew, then your profile card.
  • 4. Scroll to the bottom of that screen, to “Delete your crew profile”.
  • 5. Tap “Delete profile”, then confirm.

That deletes your handle, display name, profile photo, email address, phone number, marketing consent, friend code, every friend connection and every block, and the photo file is removed from our server rather than merely unlinked. It happens immediately and it is not reversible — there is no recovery, because there is no password to recover with. You need a connection at the time: choosing and releasing a handle is the one part of Crew that cannot be done offline.

Two things deliberately survive it. Your saved sets stay, because people saved sets long before Crew existed and deleting a social identity should not wipe your festival schedule. Reports about another person's behaviour stay too — deleting your own account must not erase a complaint about someone else, and it must not erase a complaint about you.

Withdraw a Lost & Found report

  • 1. Open the menu and tap Lost & Found.
  • 2. Tap “My reports”.
  • 3. Tap “I found it” on the report you want withdrawn.

Withdrawing takes the report with the contact name, email and phone you put on it. If you filed it with no signal and it is still waiting to send, withdrawing cancels it before it ever leaves the phone.

Remove your saved sets

Saved sets belong to the install rather than to a profile, which is why deleting a profile leaves them alone. Tap the heart again on any set or artist to unsave it, or delete the app to clear them all from the phone.

If you no longer have the phone

A profile can only be edited from the install that made it, so a lost or wiped phone puts it out of your reach — not out of ours. Email info@sacredhiveofficial.com with your handle or friend code and ask us to delete it. Because there is no password, we may ask you for something only you would know, such as who is in your crew, before we do. That check is not an obstacle we invented; it is what stops somebody else deleting your profile by naming it.

Remove the install record too

The install record is the random identifier the app generated, the notification token that lets a Lost & Found match reach that phone, and the platform and app version it reported. It carries no name and no contact details. Email info@sacredhiveofficial.com to have it deleted, and say that is what you want — deleting the app alone leaves it in place.

How long it takes

  • Deletions you make in the app are immediate. The request goes straight to our server; nothing is queued for review.
  • Requests by email are answered within 30 days and usually within a few days.
  • Anything deleted stops being served at once. Routine server backups age out on their own schedule and are never used to put deleted data back into the live app.
