Tickets, entry, parking, rules and everything else. The same answers the app carries, so they work at the gate with no signal.
The box office is located directly outside the festival main gates. Hours: • Wed 12/30 — opens 12 PM • Thu 12/31 — opens 1 PM Afters and single-day GA passes may be purchased at the box office. *The box office may close, subject to availability.
Eternal NYE is an 18+ event. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to enter. You must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcohol.
There is no re-entry. Once you leave the festival grounds you will not be able to return that day, so plan accordingly.
Eternal NYE takes place at the Orlando Amphitheater (Central Florida Fairgrounds). 4603 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32807
Rideshare pickup and drop-off is on the corner of Pete Parrish Blvd & Fairville Road, directly outside the main fairgrounds gates.
The parking entrance is at Pete Parrish Blvd & Colonial Dr. • Day 1 (Wed 12/30) — parking opens 12 PM • Day 2 (Thu 12/31) — parking opens 1 PM Parking is $30 per day, cash only. An ATM is available on-site.
Approved clear bags: clear, plastic, vinyl, or PVC — max 12" x 6" x 12", or a one-gallon plastic freezer bag. Approved non-clear bags: 6" x 9" or smaller. Empty hydration packs are allowed with a max of 2 compartments (packs must be empty upon entry). Not allowed: non-clear backpacks or large purses. All bags are subject to search upon entry or any time inside the festival grounds.

Totems & flags are welcome! Please follow these rules: • Plastic poles only — no metal • Less than 10 ft total length • Nothing offensive or vulgar • Be mindful of your fellow attendees and do your best not to block others' view Have fun & be respectful!
Medical staff are on-site throughout the festival. Look for the medical tent on the festival map, or flag down any staff or security member if you or someone near you needs help. Never hesitate to ask — your safety comes first.
Stay hydrated! Free water refill stations are available on-site. Bring an empty hydration pack or empty reusable bottle (factory-sealed water is also allowed through the gates) and refill for free throughout the day.
